this is a great recipe for a family on the go
Ingredients
Filling
  • 1 lb sausage
  • ½ c onion
  • ½ sweet peppers
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
Bowls
  • 2 containers of refrigerator biscuits
Instructions
Filling:
  1. sauté the onions, peppers olives
  2. brown the sausage and add to the sautéed vegetables
  3. remove from heat add ¾ cup cheese and ranch dressing
Bowls:
  1. using you fingers flatted each biscuit and place them in greased muffin tin,
  2. fill each bowl with the sausage filling
  3. bake at 305* until biscuit is golden remove from oven top with remaining cheese place back in oven to melt cheese
