Aug. 3, 2017 – Eastbound Interstate 90 between Cle Elum and Ellensburg will close tonight for several hours as crews work to remove a damaged semi-truck involved in an early morning collision.

The Washington State Department of Transportation will close eastbound I-90 at 8 p.m. Thursday night, Aug. 3 until 1 a.m. Friday morning, Aug. 4. The roadway will be closed from milepost 85 near Cle Elum to milepost 106 near Ellensburg. Drivers will be detoured around the closure using State Route 970 and US 97. Drivers will need to pay attention to the detour signs and plan for added travel time.
