We may amend our Legal Terms at any time without specific notice to you. The latest copies of our Legal Terms will be posted on our Website, and you should review all Legal Terms prior to using our Website. Our Website may contain our service marks or trademarks as well as those of our affiliates or other companies, in the form of words, graphics, and logos. Your use of our Website does not constitute any right or license for you to use such service marks/trademarks, without the prior written permission of the corresponding service mark/trademark owner. Our Website is also protected under international copyright laws. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any portion of our Website is strictly prohibited. General Terms
Our Legal Terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in WA, USA, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of WA, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any cause of action by you with respect to our Website, must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of our Legal Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that any Content in our Website conflicts or is inconsistent with our Legal Terms, our Legal Terms shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of our Legal Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. The rights of Northern Kittitas County Tribune under our Legal Terms shall survive the termination of our Legal Terms.

Shipping and Delivery Charges

Newspaper subscription rates are based on location, and include delivery via USPS mail, so no additional shipping charges are incurred. Subscriptions begin with the next available issue (published weekly, on Thursdays), and will generally be delivered within 1-7 days, depending upon distance from our Cle Elum, WA facility. Single copy newspaper sales include shipping and handling, so no additional shipping charges are incurred for those either. Single copies are mailed within 1 business day of purchase, and generally arrive within 1-7 days, depending on location. Purchase of other physical products, such as photo prints or books will include shipping charges, determined by weight or flat rate packaging, whichever is most economical. Expedited shipping quotes are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Classified Advertising cancellationsNO REFUNDS on Classified ads. Auto-renew automatically renews your ad until the customer cancels it. The renewal interval is specified — 1 insert, 5 inserts, and so on. After the interval, the ad automatically renews to run for the same number of inserts. Customer’s credit card will be charged again. You can cancel the ad at anytime by logging in to your classified ad account and choosing the ad(s) you wish to discontinue or by calling 509-674-2511.

Newspaper Subscription cancellations – Subscribers may cancel their subscriptions at any time. A refund equal to the pro-rated remaining portion of the paid amount will be refunded by check within 2-3 weeks of the cancellation. To cancel, please call our office at 509-674-2511.

Publication Rights … Copyright remains the property of the Northern Kittitas County Tribune. When reprint permissions are purchased, receive one web/email resolution pdf. (Other formats/resolutions available upon request, please allow additional time for processing your request.) Within the boundaries of the policies below, authorized for print republication, website posting, email forwarding and ad/promotional campaigns. Not authorized for any other use. *Normal reprint policies apply.

1.) Any reprinted articles and/or photos must be appropriately credited as originating with the Northern Kittitas County Tribune. For PDF files, making sure that the publication name and date at the top of the page remains intact is sufficient.
