CWU University Recreation is hosting the American Council of Exercise (ACE) 6-week Personal Training Course this winter from Jan. 14 through Feb. 25 and is encouraging anyone interested in becoming a personal trainer to register. This course is open to the public and classes will be held weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in Black Hall room 136. The course is $175 and pre-registration is available at the Recreation Center front desk or by calling 509-963-3512.
Preparation materials for the exam will be provided, in addition to First Aid/CPR certification, 40 hours of instruction and practical experience, and an ACE personal training manual.
