We will kick the weekend off with the Annual Thorp Community Day Friday Night Event, held at the Thorp School Brick Building Gym, on Friday, October 2 at 6:00 PM. Dinner will be catered by Cascade Mountain Grilling. The night will feature numerous Silent Auction items, great food, great fun, and the induction of the 2015 Patron of Thorp, Mr. Gordon Blossom, and the honoring of Parade Grand Marshal DJ Evans
The fun will really begin on Saturday, October 3 as the Thorp Community Day activities, events, and attractions officially begin. At 9:30 am the parade will take route down 1st street onto Thorp Highway and commence at the Thorp Mill Parking Lot. The best place to watch the parade from will be at the Thorp Fire Station, Thorp School, and near the main parking areas.
