Dr. Catherine Dauvergne will address how immigration is changing worldwide, focused on the identity of migrants, their experience and the changing paradigm for nation states. Dr. Dauvergne is the Dean of Law at the University of British Columbia and the author of the 2016 book “The New Politics of Immigration and the End of Settler Societies.” She has researched and written extensively on world migration.
