Through Our Eyes Community Art Show features local artists with and without disabilities to raise money for Entrust Community Services on Thursday, April 3, from 5pm to 8pm at the Harman Center
YAKIMA – A daytime habilitation program provided by Entrust Community Services helps adults with disabilities share their story through artwork. When adults with disabilities are able to share their story, they have an opportunity to inspire other people. The Through Our Eyes Community Art Show is about taking the time to listen to each other’s stories, and as a diverse community, create a positive story for Yakima.
Entrust Community Services is hosting the Through Our Eyes Community Art Show on Thursday, April 3rd from 5pm – 8pm at the Harman Center. General admission tickets are $15 and all art work will be sold by silent auction to raise money for local artists with disabilities.
All art work is being provided by the Entrust artists and other local artists from the community. AntoLin Cellars, Treveri Cellars, and Bonair will be donating local wine, and Bale Breaker will be donating beer. A Midsummer Night will be providing heavy hors d’oeuvres for the evening.
