DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, May 1\, 2026\, Kittitas County Superior Court will host Kittitas County’s Inaugural Law Day. While this is Kittitas County Superior Court’s first time hosting an event in observance of Law Day\, the legal community has observed Law Day annually since 1958. Law Day’s purpose is to provide students and the public with the opportunity to learn about and interact with the legal system. \nKittitas County residents are invited to visit Kittitas County Superior Court on Friday\, May 1\, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for an afternoon of fun\, interactive programming. The afternoon will include a courthouse tour\, a mock trial presented by Central Washington University students\, and opportunities to ask local attorneys questions. Whether you are a student or an interested community member\, join us on Friday\, May 1\, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. as we celebrate Law Day. \nCelebrating Law Day Schedule: \n9:30 – 12:00 Superior Court Judges visit Kittitas County Schools & Universities \n1:00 – 1:30 Family Law Attorney Q & A at Kittitas County Courthouse\, Courtroom 201 \n1:30 – 1:45 Superior Court Tour\, starting at Commissioner’s Auditorium \n2:00 – 2:45 Criminal Attorney Q & A & Jury Trial Discussion in Courtroom 201 \n2:45 – 4:45 CWU Mock Trial presents State v.
