DESCRIPTION:You will be seated while aromatherapy and soft music supports Jodi guiding you through relaxation exercises\, then transitioning to a silent 10-20 minute meditation. Benefits: Lowers inflammation\, heart rate\, and blood pressure; Helps settle the nervous system; Grounds the mind; Helps with memory & focus.
