Better than Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Crisp

Ingredients

Filling

  • 6 eggs well beaten
  • 3 c. pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • or you can use 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cups milk

Crisp

  • 1/2 c soften butter
  • 1 box yellow cake mix

Instructions

  • grease a 9x13 baking dish
  • mix all of the filling ingredients together until well blended pour into the 9x13 pan
  • mix the butter and yellow cake mix together until crumbly spread on the pumpkin mixture
  • bake at 350* until top is golden
  • top with whip cream and enjoy
