Any cause of action by you with respect to our Website, must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of our Legal Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that any Content in our Website conflicts or is inconsistent with our Legal Terms, our Legal Terms shall take precedence. Shipping and Delivery Charges

Newspaper subscription rates are based on location, and include delivery via USPS mail, so no additional shipping charges are incurred. Subscriptions begin with the next available issue (published weekly, on Thursdays), and will generally be delivered within 1-7 days, depending upon distance from our Cle Elum, WA facility. Single copy newspaper sales include shipping and handling, so no additional shipping charges are incurred for those either. Single copies are mailed within 1 business day of purchase, and generally arrive within 1-7 days, depending on location. Purchase of other physical products, such as photo prints or books will include shipping charges, determined by weight or flat rate packaging, whichever is most economical. Expedited shipping quotes are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Classified Advertising cancellationsNO REFUNDS on Classified ads. Auto-renew automatically renews your ad until the customer cancels it. The renewal interval is specified — 1 insert, 5 inserts, and so on. After the interval, the ad automatically renews to run for the same number of inserts. Customer’s credit card will be charged again. You can cancel the ad at anytime by logging in to your classified ad account and choosing the ad(s) you wish to discontinue or by calling 509-674-2511.

Newspaper Subscription cancellations – Subscribers may cancel their subscriptions at any time. A refund equal to the pro-rated remaining portion of the paid amount will be refunded by check within 2-3 weeks of the cancellation. To cancel, please call our office at 509-674-2511.

Publication Rights … Copyright remains the property of the Northern Kittitas County Tribune. When reprint permissions are purchased, receive one web/email resolution pdf. (Other formats/resolutions available upon request, please allow additional time for processing your request.) Within the boundaries of the policies below, authorized for print republication, website posting, email forwarding and ad/promotional campaigns. Not authorized for any other use. *Normal reprint policies apply.
