The Nature Conservancy and Kittitas Fire Adapted Communities Coalition will host a community prescribed fire update from 5:30-6:30pm. Thursday, Oct. 1, at the Roslyn Yard, 104 W Pennsylvania Ave, Roslyn.

We invite the community to come:
• Learn about upcoming prescribed burns in Upper Kittitas County (short
presentation at 6 p.m.)
• Get information on how to prepare for wildfire and smoke
• Connect with your local fire department and other wildfire resilience experts

We hope attendees walk away with a better understanding of prescribed fire activities this Fall, how they can engage in wildfire risk-reduction efforts, and whom to contact with questions.
