Governor orders go into effect today to limit the spread of COVID-19 by limiting the number of people who are allowed to gather together. Kittitas County is now required to reduce gatherings from 50 people to 10 people. The requirement to limit interaction to 10 people applies to all gatherings with the exception of church gatherings at this time. Examples of gatherings that are affected by the new order include parties, social clubs, garage sales, gatherings on beaches and parks, and youth sports.  Please observe the new restriction and limit your social interactions.  In addition to limiting social interactions, we also ask that Kittitas County residents continue to use physical distancing and cloth face coverings to slow the spread of COVID-19.
