Breakfast Sausage Biscuits
this is a great recipe for a family on the go
Servings: 12 -16 biscuit
Ingredients
Filling
- 1 lb sausage
 - 1/2 c onion
 - 1/2 sweet peppers
 - 1 small can sliced black olives
 - 1 cup shredded cheese
 - 1 cup ranch dressing
 
Bowls
- 2 containers of refrigerator biscuits
 
Instructions
Filling:
- sauté the onions, peppers olives
 - brown the sausage and add to the sautéed vegetables
 - remove from heat add 3/4 cup cheese and ranch dressing
 
Bowls:
- using you fingers flatted each biscuit and place them in greased muffin tin,
 - fill each bowl with the sausage filling
 - bake at 305* until biscuit is golden remove from oven top with remaining cheese place back in oven to melt cheese
