Better than Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Crisp
this is so good, and easy to make
Servings: 15 servings
Ingredients
Filling
- 6 eggs well beaten
- 3 c. pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- or you can use 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups milk
Crisp
- 1/2 c soften butter
- 1 box yellow cake mix
Instructions
- grease a 9x13 baking dish
- mix all of the filling ingredients together until well blended pour into the 9x13 pan
- mix the butter and yellow cake mix together until crumbly spread on the pumpkin mixture
- bake at 350* until top is golden
- top with whip cream and enjoy
