Breakfast Sausage Biscuits

this is a great recipe for a family on the go

Ingredients

Filling

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1/2 c onion
  • 1/2 sweet peppers
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing

Bowls

  • 2 containers of refrigerator biscuits

Instructions

Filling:

  • sauté the onions, peppers olives
  • brown the sausage and add to the sautéed vegetables
  • remove from heat add 3/4 cup cheese and ranch dressing

Bowls:

  • using you fingers flatted each biscuit and place them in greased muffin tin,
  • fill each bowl with the sausage filling
  • bake at 305* until biscuit is golden remove from oven top with remaining cheese place back in oven to melt cheese
