Masks are now available for residents who may have a disability and prefer a clear mask or a clear face shield as a face covering.
The Kittitas County Community Recovery Fund has distributed 96 clear masks and 30 reusable clear face shields to Central Washington Disability Resource Center for anyone who would like to access one of the clear masks or face shields.
A mask or shield may be picked up at 301 E 2nd Avenue in Ellensburg between 8 am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. Supplies are intended for individuals with a disability, their caregivers, or workers with disabled clients. Supplies are available on a first come, first serve basis.
