Learn about PSE’s new Bill Discount Rate Program, Wednesday, Dec. 6 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. and Monday, Dec. 11 from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at Carpenter Memorial Library in Cle Elum. Depending on your household size and income, you may be able to save 5%-45% a month on your bill.
