The Foundation at Kittitas Valley Healthcare will launch its 17th annual Fund-a-Need campaign on Wednesday, June 24, 2020. Historically, this event takes place during the Annual Foundation Gala held every spring, however, due to COVID-19 restrictions this year’s campaign will be online. The focus of this year’s event will be in support of cardiac care with a goal of raising $50,000 to purchase cardiac stress testing equipment. The Fund-a-Need campaign consisting of an online auction and general donations will run through July 8, 2020.
“Cardiac Stress Testing at KVH serves a vast age population ranging from 16 years of age to patients in their 90’s. At KVH Cardiopulmonary Stress Test and Stress Echo procedures are utilized to diagnose patients with both suspected and known cardiac disease. Having state of the art equipment ensures a level of confidence is established with our providers and our patients that they are receiving the highest level of quality care. The very critical and time-sensitive nature of many heart disease-related problems revealed through Cardiac Stress Testing demands that KVH have these tools in place as our patients deserve no less,” said Jim Allen, Director Cardiopulmonary Dept at KVH.
We invite you to join us in supporting local cardiac care through donations or participating in our online auction.
