Servings: 3 - 4 doz. cookies
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 3 c. quick-cooking oats
- 2/3 c. peanut butter
- 1 t. vanilla
- Cover 2 cookie sheets with wax paper.
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium sauce pan.
- Boil mixture on medium high heat FOR ONLY 1 MINUTE.
- Remove from heat and rapidly stir in the last 3 ingredients.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto covered cookie sheets.
- Refrigerate until firm.
