Kittitas County, WA – 03/29/2018 – The Kittitas County Courthouse will be closed the morning of Friday, March 30, 2018 from 8:00am to 10:00am to conduct an emergency management exercise.
The Kittitas County Courthouse will be conducting an Active Shooter exercise from 8:00am to 10:00am. Law Enforcement and Fire/EMS will be responding to the Courthouse to participate in the exercise. No one will be allowed to enter the Courthouse until 10:00am. The Courthouse Offices will be open for normal business hours after 10:00am. Other county buildings will be open their normal hours all day. Officials ask the public to stay away from the Courthouse until after 10:00am due to emergency apparatus responding to the location.
