Due to popular demand to have the winning recipe printed in the Christmas Day issue of the NKC Tribune, we’re putting this contest back in the oven for a little longer. So those of you just getting into the holiday spirit, you have some extra time to dig out your favorite holiday recipe. It can be either a traditional favorite with your own twist added, or your very own creation. Just need to let some of your own creativity shine through!
All qualifying entries will be posted to our website at https://nkctribune.com/food/recipes/ and the winner, in addition to receiving the $50.00 cash prize to use for ingredients or whatever they choose, will have their winning recipe printed in the Dec. 25, 2014 NKC Tribune. This is our annual Community Christmas Greetings edition!

Our handy online form (appears after entering your name and contact info here) has fields for ingredients, prep time, and more. You can even add photos (see the “PHOTO” tab at the top of the form), which add points to your entry.
Entries also accepted by mail (form printed in the Nov. 13, 2014 NKC Tribune) or by bringing them into the NKC Tribune office – entry forms available at the front desk.
