On July 24 and July 31, Washington State implemented changes to Phase 3 in response to COVID-19 and the worker safety and health requirements are subject to Labor and Industry (L&I) enforcement. Some of the changes include maximum occupancy requirements, seating requirements and table spacing, and alcohol service. For more information, please visit www.governor.wa.gov.

L&I is enforcing in Kittitas County. Please be mindful of the current requirements. In addition, state guidance requires businesses to make their customers use cloth face coverings when interacting with their staff. Businesses may request free consultation advice from L&I . General business questions can be submitted HERE.

The Kittitas County Incident Management Team (IMT) has been made aware of L&I’s presence in Kittitas County. The IMT wants businesses to be safe while being able to continue operating. Kittitas County currently has 117 active cases and 20 deaths associated with COVID-19.
