In response to the public health emergency declared by the Washington State Governor and the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners, the Lower Kittitas County District Court has suspended various court rules, changed infraction hearings to only written statements and cancelled jury trials for the rest of March and all of April.  All persons summoned for jury duty on March 26 and April 9 and 23 do not need to call or come to Lower Kittitas County District Court. UPPER KITTITAS CO DISTRICT COURT-Emergency Administrative Order
Kittitas County, WA – 03/17/2020 – On March 16, 2020 an Emergency Administrative Order for the Upper Kittitas County District Court, Cle Elum Municipal Court & Roslyn Municipal Court was issued by presiding Judge Darrel R. Ellis.

Per Emergency Administrative Order – all Jury Trials and most currently scheduled hearings for March and April have been canceled.

****Jurors do not need to report for the months of March and April.

The Court office will remain open during regular business hours – Monday thru Thursday 7 am to 5:00 pm Friday- 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, 1 pm to 5 pm.  Filings will be accepted.
